While studying acting, I practiced yoga daily as it was the perfect tool for me to help my body and mind stay fit, calm and focused. 10 years of practice and seminars with German, Indian and Greek yoga teachers , made me realize that nothing else made me happier than yoga, and decided to start sharing this love with other people through teaching. For 6 years now, I teach hatha yoga to students of any age, body type or physical condition and enjoy their progress.
