It's a total privilege to instruct yoga to people. I love to create a safe, non-judgemental and playful space for all my students to feel more present and alive. From the beginners, just starting out, as they learn to stretch and into their bodies and they deeply relax for the very first time, right up to experienced yogis, with a dedicated practice in their daily lives.

I believe yoga can give you what you need, no matter the day. In my classes we are creating a habit for deeper awareness of our own radiant souls, beyond the material body. I love to mix up my classes with posture, flow, play, focus, philosophy, head and heart.

I love her classes. They are well explained and well balanced, exercising every inch of the body. A constant slow powerful flow. Very spirited.

this is hard. the slider rating doesn't tell the whole story as for me Imogen's sessions provide a great balance of body and spirit focus, with a nice mix of both verbal and physical cueing so you always feel confident and strong. really enjoy myself

Calm, Caring and Quirky

As a yoga teacher, Imogen has a beautiful way about her. Her passion for manifesting love, kindness and peace through yoga is inspiring. Imogen has s cute quirky nature with an infectious laugh. I always feel like I've become grounded again after a class with Imogen. I cannot recommend her enough.

Absolutely spot on

I had three one on one classes with imogen two weeks before my due date to complement my group classes. It saved me in the delivery room. Almost everything we went through I used. She was really body and breathing focused which really helped during labour. I had no drugs or tears in the end and I honestly believe I couldn't have done it without prenatal yoga! Thanks Imogen.

Thanks Bec for your enthusiasm. Your self direction and desire to really be in your own body made all the difference. Bec was open to find new ways to listen to her own body, learn breathing techniques and use visualisations to connect to her baby. It was really fun to teach you Bec!
