I started practising yoga when I was 12 years old. Started with hatha yoga doing asanas, pranayama and meditation. In 2009 I encountered ashtanga yoga and since then I am a dedicated ashtanga yogini. Continuously educating myself in the fields of asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy. In 2015 completed TT600. Teaching yoga since 2010. Also, work as a professor of philosophy.
