When I first tried yoga in 2009 I only appreciated the asana practice, the physical part of yoga. With time I realised there is much more to it and it changed my way of living in a positive way.
I completed the foundation teacher training with Ana Forrest in Chicago in 2012 and found my passion in teaching forrest yoga. I also completed the forrest yoga advanced teacher training in 2014 in Berlin.
I help my students realise that yoga is a tool for healing and evolving emotionally and physically, not only on the mat but every day.
