I have practiced yoga for many years and became certified in 2010 at the 200 hour level at Pacific Yoga in Seattle. My inspiration and influences have come from many different teachers: Angela and Victor, Gay Meagley, Kelly Rush, Theresa Elliot, Kathryn Payne, and Judith Lasiter to name a few. I enjoy making yoga accessible to people of all levels and ages. With proper alignment, technique and breath work I think we can all create space and grow. I encourage students of yoga to honor where they are in the process. My classes are all levels, beginners are welcome. I give options to work at different levels and it is important that you do not try and compare yourself to those around you. Listen to your body and you will stay injury free.
