I initially found yoga as an alternative way of exercising. Since 2004 and over the next years, yoga gradually became a steady practice in my life until 2010 when I became increasingly dedicated to expanding my personal practice and yogic knowledge. While travelling to India and the US, visiting different yoga schools I tried to experience different types of yoga. In 2011 I decided to register for the 200hr teacher training at NYSY where I got my certification. This made me realize how yoga can give you an extensive knowledge of the body with an intuitive and compassionate approach to healing. Yoga has changed my life in positive ways that I cannot help but want to share it with others! I've been teaching yoga since then. I believe that yoga is for everyone and can be practiced anywhere, even ten minutes of pranayama are enough to help you unload and feel better.
