What We Do and Why
Truth in Motion Yoga is a community studio dedicated to offering a variety of classes based on the 8 Limbs of Yoga. During the classes breathing is synchronized to movements, creating a steady, smooth, and meditative flow designed to develop flexibility, build strength, and improve endurance on and off the mat.
Yogic philosophy, ancient wisdoms, and inspirational quotes are often shared to create focus and encourage peace and balance. Our goal is to help each student learn and practice yoga in a manner that is safe, meaningful, and transformative with an approach that reflects both compassion and acceptance.
We offer a variety of classes for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We close each practice with your choice of lavender scented eye pillows or essential oil treatment with a warm towel. Complimentary smoothies are offered after each class.
