Yoga is a part of my life, for over 10 years now. My practice has helped me grow stronger, fearless and more flexible on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to cease every moment with awareness and gratefulness.
My goal is to share my passion with my students and show them the way to a healthier and more conscious living, through yoga.
In my classes, I aim/ love to combine a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help u deepen your practice. My hope is that you step off your mat, feeling balanced, nourished and refreshed.
