Det var dejligt at blive undervist i yoga af Isabelle. Yogaundervisningen blev brugt som indledning til en polterabend, og var helt i tråd med den afslappede og hyggelige stemning vi forespurgte til arrangementet. Programmet var tilpasset de udendørs omgivelser og vi fik varmen til trods for lidt køligt vejr. Vi kom igennem en række sjove øvelser og der var plads til grin. De dygtige blev udfordret og nybegynderne kunne også være med. Samtidigt lærte vi også om gavnen af de forskellige øvelser og blev rettet individuelt. Man kan mærke Isabelles arrangement og erfaring og hun forstår at tilpasse undervisningen til lejligheden. Isabelle kan varmt anbefales til et lignende arrangement!
At first I had many funny thoughts about Yoga, first of all in regard of my gender and what "men was supposed to do"!
However going trough a small crisis in my personal life, I felt that changes would had to be made and in order to do that I needed to work both on my mental health as well on my physique. I didn´t know anything about Yoga at all, however being new in Isabelle´s class has been a pleasure, she is very friendly and you feel safe in her presence, so being clumsy is no problem for me. I know that se has done Yoga for many years now and her teaching is good, in terms of my personal level is challenged in every class, giving me a good workout. On the mental side she is a force of ever flowing energy that seems to work wonders for my mental state after each class, I feel so good and full of positive thoughts and energy.
For those fortunate enough to be in one of her classes, I can only say the same: We appreciate her teaching, peace of mind and wonderful personality to the full.

Isabelle is very calm with great patience when explaining/demonstrating new poses and breathing techniques. She teaches a combination of yoga and mindfulness that suits me perfectly. She always explains the benefits of each pose. Her positive spirit, presence and energy is contagious. I absolutely love my yoga sessions with her guidance.
