I teach group, and private, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes in the Dublin area. Working with pranayama and meditation, I think it's important to include an element of fun and exploration in each session.
While yoga is a wonderful physical process it is so much more than that. Through practice it can open up an entirely new world for your body, mind and soul. I love every minute of what I do and I only hope to be able to pass that on to my students.
