Something about I came in to the yoga room for the first time in October 2005. It was such a hard class: I could hardly follow what the teacher was saying, I couldn't breath through the nose and I didn't know what to do with my body, everything was new for me. But in the last savasana I lay down and I felt so good, I felt happy! I started practicing regularly, 3 or 4 times a week. The yoga class was my "me time" and I loved it. After 4 years of practice, in 2009, I quit my job as a journalist and I completed the Bikram Yoga teacher training. The training was the most "full of life" experience of my life. And also the hardest and most challenghing 9 weeks of my life! I've been teaching for more than 6 years now in Spain, Mexico, Indonesia, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Norway, Latvia, Finland, Estonia and Denmark and I'm Bikram, Ashtanga and Yin yoga practicioner. I love both practicing and teaching, I love my yoga. As a student, I believe in patience, discipline and constancy; and as a teacher, I try to encourage my students in class to have faith in themselves and in their practice. No judgement, no fear. Everything is on you, your potencial is unlimited. Just trust the process, trust yourself and it will come. My purpose in life is to share yoga, energy and time with as many people as possible around the world. Because life is about sharing, learning, trying, loving, smiling, isn't it?
