Ivy is passionate about the intersection of yoga and psychology. She is a body centered psychotherapist as well as a yoga teacher. She especially loves helping her students find ways to integrate what they receive from their yoga practice in ways that are applicable to their everyday lives. This includes everything from feeling comfortable and empowered in your body to finding a sense of ease in a some times chaotic world. Ivy emphasizes a sense of curiosity, exploration and play in her practice.
Ivy also currently leads trauma informed yoga teacher trainings all over the country for the non-profit Street Yoga.
Fun Fact: Ivy is a pro at making bow drill fires, and has spent several years working as a wilderness guide.
