For me yoga means reconnecting with oneself. In our every day life, there are lots of factors that disconnect us from our sense of Self. Through my personal practice I developed a gentle type of yoga that through simple body movements creates more internal space in the body and connects us with our internal felt sensations. It is inspired by my Kinesiology background and my 4 years long Alexander Technique experience.
It is a ground to earth approach that brings awareness to physical habits and slowly opens up the physical body.
