I began teaching fitness classes and personal training at a fitness center in 2008. I was introduced to yoga and began my first 200 hour training to learn more. This lead me to teaching full time & managing a studio - I opened my first studio in 2013.

Now I am focusing on my continuing education and providing my students with the best. I am a 500 RYT and I teach Hot 26, Power Vinyasa, Yin & even Sculpt based classes. I love teaching community classes but my real joy and passion is through teacher training. I love being able to educate and inspire new yoga teachers to truly learn about all aspects of yoga and become knowledgeable instructors.
