My teaching tends towards those of us who play hard in all seasons - tight hams & hips, busted up shoulders & knees, and a unquenchable joy of being outside. I study meditation and scripture with Paul Muller-Ortega and try to bring my personal experience of that vast ocean of vibrating silence into my teaching.
