My name is Jackie and I have been a fellow yogi for three years. I fell in love with yoga as a college student as an outlet for the craziness, a stress reliever, and to increase my overall wellbeing. The more yoga I do, the more I experience internal healing and external transformation I wouldn't otherwise have access to. These personal transformations have motivated me to take a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training to share this beautiful practice with others. When I'm not on my mat, I enjoy nature walks with my dog, reading, and daydreaming.
