I am a Yoga and Meditation guide with a E- RYT 500. I have been teaching since 2010 and I teach Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Nidras.
I offer both Private and Group classes.
My goal as a yoga teacher is to guide and provide
for my students as they travel on their yoga journey.
This includes a safe, fun and positive environment.
I hope to help anyway I can by listening,
observing and encouraging you.
I promise to share a variety of yoga styles with you
and with
lead you into a life of peace and balance.
