I have practiced yoga on and off for over 17 years however my daily practice became a way of life after completing my teacher training with Rachel Zinman and becoming a qualified Yoga Teacher. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my love of yoga in ways that are accessible no matter what your level of experience in friendly and compassionate ways. I am passionate about guiding you from being overwhelmed, stressed or disconnected to feeling calm, free, light, alive and reconnected to your body.
After many years working very long hours in a high paced corporate Executive Assistant role, I decided to make some BIG life changing decisions. I made the decision to leave Melbourne for a lifestyle change and found myself in the Byron Shire. This life changing decision led me to do my yoga teacher training. Now instead of feeling burnt out, exhausted and unhappy I have found an enthusiasm for life, have so much more energy, love how I feel in my body and discovered a great passion for living healthy. My favourite way to relax is to move my body through yoga, dance and walking. Visiting the beach is my absolute favourite way to spend time in nature. I thoroughly appreciate its magical healing and calming qualities.
I teach Hatha, Gentle Hatha and monthly restorative intensives at Yoga by Nature in Brunswick Heads. I am also available for one-on-one sessions. I take pleasure in assisting students discovering the importance of balance between strength and flexibility, relaxation and stillness. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity through yoga to support people to live happy, healthy and full lives.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
