Jaclyn Howell offers an integrative yoga practice that focuses on moving to your breath and body. Her classes offer a perfect balance between effort and ease, with a focus on injury prevention and alignment. She custom tailors the classes to meet the needs of the students, while holding a safe, non-judgemental, loving space. She encourages students to move from within at their own pace, and to their own breath, cultivating healing energy. She received her 200 HR RYT training from Gioconda Yoga in the Iyengar Vinyasa style and has completed her 500 HR E-RYT training at YogaYoga with various National Teachers and YogaYoga staff. Her biggest influences have been Sharon Moon, Gioconda, Jenn Wooten, Angie Knight, Rachel Hector and Leslie Kaminoff. She teaches both group classes and private lessons, as well as offers reiki and health coach sessions. She specializes in working with clients with auto-immune thyroid disease or any chronic illness. She strives to bring students back to balance with an emphasis on overall health and wellness.
