I have been practicing yoga for 18 years and began teaching yoga in 2003 after completing the Yoga Scotland Teacher Training Course. Since then I have continued to study with teachers from around the world including Michael Gannon, Matthew Sweeny, Brian Cooper, David and Doug Swenson, David Keil and Kino Macgregor.
There are many different styles of yoga. I teach a dynamic form of yoga which is based on Ashtanga Yoga and is suitable for all levels. It can be practiced by all ages, sizes and levels of fitness
I also teach Pregnancy yoga, Postnatal yoga and Kids Yoga.
