I am an Anusara inspired (Anusara means "to flow with grace"), Restorative, Pre/Post Natal, Yoga Bugs, Yoga'd Up, Ray of Calm Teens yoga teacher.
Teaching mixed level classes bringing together a feeling of warmth, nurturing and positivity, so may you be a beginner or a seasoned yogi all are welcomed.
Together with a set of principles that allows each person to practice from a place of strength, awareness of their breath, fluidity and a sense of playfulness.
My yoga journey began in 2001. I started teaching in 2006. I teach in Pre-schools, schools, alternative therapy centres, corporate organisations, gyms and one to ones.
I love sharing and learning more about yoga as our practice is evolving all of the time, and helping others make a difference in their lives through the practice of yoga which helps to bring balance, healing and embracing who they are, and where they're at. I regularly attend courses, workshops and training to build on my knowledge and experience.
As a yoga teacher, it helps me live and enjoy life with a smile.
