I am a global soul who enjoys sharing the many benefits of yoga wherever I find myself in the world. I am currently based in East Sussex- England and I regularly lead retreats to beautiful locations abroad. I have trained in many different styles in LA, India and at London's Triyoga including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow with Shiva Rea, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness with Sarah Powers, Restorative with Judith Lasater and Ashtanga with Patthabhi Jois and Iyengar. These days I mainly tend to teach Yin Yang yoga which beautiful balances the more active, solar, dynamic practice with the more gentle, feminine, lunar practice. I always include pranayama (breathing exercises) and inspiring quotes to leave you feeling light- filled and inspired with a healthy body, a peaceful mind and an enlightened spirit.
