Jacqui is a Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr (RYS200) with Yoga Alliance.
She began her yoga exploration over 15 years ago after an unexpected serious illness and found the practice of yoga, mindfulness and meditation a great help in her recovery. Over the years she has continued this practice.
An opportunity to embark on a yoga Teacher Training Program in Integral Yoga with the Senses and Stillness Yoga School in 2014 has led to a more in-depth and wonderful yoga journey. Recently she has also completed a 60hr Yin Yoga Course with Sarah Powers.
Jacqui has a background in food styling, art and ceramics and continues to work in these areas.
She continues to pursue education and learning in yoga and gets inspiration from this and her teachers and students.
Her style of yoga focuses on the breath, inner awareness and asanas.
The opportunity to share this knowledge to those wanting a gentle, safe yoga practice is also a source of inspiration and learning.
Her calm, gentle and generous nature puts new and old students at ease and she adjusts her teaching to the abilities and level of her students. Jacqui likes to teach small groups, either in her home, or if you prefer to gather a small group together Jacqui will come to you and teach.
