I teach a lovely flowing form of yoga where each student is encouraged to really listen to their own body: to not push or force the body but to be with themselves with humour and kindness so they discover how their body is comfortable stretching. This class includes relaxation skills and health advice plus how to improve posture. The class includes beginners and students who have been working with me for years as I teach gentle through deeper versions of the postures so everyone does as much or a little as is comfortable for them each week.
