My personal journey into wellness started in 2008 when a confusing "borderline"diagnosis prompted me to practice natural routes of healing. I improved through yoga,meditation and nutritional support and gained a love for holistic living! Recently I traveled to India where I spent 2 months immersing in their culture. I attended an intense Vipassana ten-day silent mediation course and acquired my RYS 200 teacher training at Jeevmoksha Institute in Rishikesh.
This humbling experience allowed me to reconnect with many buried truths where
immense internal healing and awakenings took place. I witnessed my own transformation of ending physical pains through a deeper understand and love of self and desire for others to do the same! My teaching style is focused on balancing the body through asanas, pranayama and meditation. A restorative and balancing blend
incorporates slow, intuitive movements allowing one to gain a deeper insight into their own unique healing capabilities they hold within.
