Graceful, confident and fun

Jaimie shares her passion for health and wellness with grace and humility. She is confident in her knowledge and has the experience to back it up. As her student and patient, I always feel cared for. Her attention to detail not only allows me to walk away with a better understanding of what is ailing my body, but I am also given methods for healing that are clear and concise. Her insight has empowered me on many levels-well beyond just physical.

Whether injured or not, go see Jaimie! Your life will improve and you'll likely smile while in her presence.

I have taken yoga classes on and off for a few years but have never felt completely connected to the practice. Jaimie changed that. She is not only knowledgeable about the body but is a skilled communicator. With her easy-going, light-hearted manner she helped me to finally make that important mind-body connection. Without that connection, it is impossible to really experience the joy of yoga. I think Jaimie is able to communicate the essence of joy because she embodies that quality.

Great teacher with a ton of knowledge

Went to Jaimie after damaging my back, and she was the perfect teacher. Full of knowledge, and focused on individuals needs. Plus she's an awesome person.

An amazing teacher, for those practicing yoga at any level

I have taken multiple workshops and classes from Jaimie and she is so amazing that I just keep going back! I can sometimes feel intimidated by yoga instructors, especially the really good yogis, but Jaimie is very approachable and full of positive energy. I feel like she brings a very personal element into her instruction as well.

She often talks about her own experiences in life and in practice, and in opening herself up she encourages students to open up to themselves and contemplate their own experiences. As a physical therapist she knows the body really well and is very detailed and particular in her yoga instruction. She challenges you, but also makes you feel like it's okay to pause, modify the pose, or just not do what everyone else is doing if it doesn't feel right for your body. It might just be the hardest class you've ever taken, you'll probably be really sore for days, but I guarantee your body and your yoga practice will be better for it.

Jaimie brings not only her knowledge of yoga but also her understanding of physical therapy. I have attended her back care classes and also taken private lessons. She challenges her students and shows them exactly how to improve their poses. She is patient and very attentive to the needs of her students. She is a great teacher.
