James originally pursued a career as a dancer which was cut short by an unfortunate injury. This led him to shift his focus towards health and wellbeing. He since has helped people recover from their injuries and manage stress working as an acupuncturist, massage therapist and Yoga teacher for over 10 years.
understanding that recovering from pain and illness naturally involves educating clients in adopting a healthier lifestyle, teaching yoga gives the client tools that can be applied on a daily basis making conditions more self-manageable.
Coming from a movement and therapeutic background gives James the skills to vary his classes from relaxing, remedial, and challenging.
