Yoga has been a constant in Jami's life since she took the Intro Series at 8 Limbs. In the beginning of 2011, she went on her first retreat where she felt the pull to start teaching. Jami wholly believes that we are responsible for our own experience and uses her classes as a way to challenge her students to create the experience they want. She hopes her classes will help you find and connect with that still, quiet space that resides in each of us. She'll ask you to be honest with yourself, to be compassionate to yourself, and to laugh at yourself.
Jami is a graduate of 8 Limbs 200 HR Teacher Training and is currently pursing her 500 HR certificate at 8 Limbs.
Practicing Since: 2006

“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.” ~Rumi
