Jamie started out as a Kinesiologist and has always been fascinated with the human body's ability to move. She attended her first yoga class in 2004 as part of her cross-training. Over the years, she practiced a variety of styles and loved the uniqueness of each one. She completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India. Her experiences there have enriched her life and spiritual awareness. In summer 2015, she trained in Thai Yoga Massage Level 1 (Toronto) and 95-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training (Vancouver). Jamie is excited to share the benefits of yoga with anyone who is open to receiving it. She promotes gratitude for what our bodies can do and for dedicating time to our personal well-being.
