Jamie Durner, Ayurvedic Practitioner & Wellness Educator
CAP, ALC, ACC, RYT, NCMT
Jamie Durner is an accomplished Ayurvedic Practitioner, Wellness Educator and Kundalini Yoga-Meditation Teacher with over twenty years' experience and 3000 hours training in the wellness field.
She combines her many talents in a natural, holistic, lifestyle-oriented approach to address chronic health conditions, provide preventative support to avoid future problems and sustain optimal health, and to help you achieve your physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual wellness goals. In addition to providing clinical Ayurvedic natural health assessment, guidance, coaching, moral support and hands-on therapies, she provides educational information about your unique needs so you know how to continue to live in health. By learning more about your unique biochemistry and how it is affected by your external environment, you can make adjustments to your habits and lifestyle that create health instead of building imbalance, chronic health conditions and dis-ease.
With a focus on personalized wellness and empowered self-care, she offers individualized treatments, wellness classes, corporate wellness programs, and home support products such as audio yoga classes. She is a nationally published author in the book "Yoga in America", HealthWise Magazine, and Ezine Articles. She serves on staff at Kanyakumari Ayurveda and Yoga Training Center supervising interns and teaching in the Ayurveda practitioner training program.
