Jamie found a passion for yoga after taking her first class in 2011. Since then, she's immersed herself in various yoga classes and studios, always learning from her instructors. Taking yoga education further, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2018. She is trained to deliver a variety of teaching styles with emphasis on vinyasa. Jamie enjoys connecting mind, body, and breath into each class. She believes everyone can be inspired through yoga, leaving room to discover new possibilities for the mind and body.
