Jan has been a fitness and yoga instructor for over 20 years. She has a vast athletic background and incorporates elements of Anusara, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga as well as modern dance in her classes without losing a sense of lightheartedness and fun.
Her devout study of yoga began after experiencing transformative effects from practicing as a student.
She is grateful for her teachers. Her passion for teaching yoga stemmed from the affect yoga has had meeting challenges in her own life while maintaining focus, clarity, and is currently an E-RYT and is currently enrolled in a 300 Hour YTT program and will complete her 500 hours in August 2015.
