Jan began her relationship with yoga in 2002 at a small Ashtanga Shala in New Paltz, NY.
Her love for her practice grew quickly, and she earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2003.
In addition to the Ashtanga/Vinyasa style, Jan has had training in Anusara yoga, Hot yoga, and Alana
Kavalya Yoga. Jan also loves to practice yoga with horses. Jan comes from a fitness background. She is a
Certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She loves helping others improve their lives
Through yoga, meditation, and exercise.
