After forty-five years of working mainly behind a desk in travel and then the corporate world, I retired from the busy brain and renewed my interest in yoga. I would like to be an inspiration to all age groups by showing them the potential of what happens with a little practice, proper alignment and the understanding of deep breathing. Life experience and age can certainly work to my advantage as I introduce students back into their bodies for some amazing results. Yoga is for every age, body type and working gently with physical limitations. See you on the mat.
