I have practiced yoga for 18 years and have taught for 6 years. I qualified as an instructor in Singapore from the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana Yoga University in Bangalore that specialises in Yoga Research and Yoga Therapy. Using my qualifications in Yoga, Holistic Nutrition and Life Coaching, I am able to focus on each client holistically. I prefer to teach on a one-to-one basis or in small classes so that my clients are given individual attention and personal guidance. I specialise in stress management and back pain management. I am available to teach corporate yoga and provide yoga lessons and nutrition advice on retreats.
