Jan Watson

I run 'The Yoga Centre' in Mission Beach.

Teaching Yoga has been my main employment since 2000. I live on an Organic farm at Mission Beach with my partner Maurice Franklin.

I am a mother and grandmother.

Yoga has given me the strength to face many issues, has guided me through pregnancy, and more recently menopause without too many hiccups. It keeps me flexible, strong and sane. I love it!
