Having a corporate background in Germany, Jana knows all about the aches and pains created by office work. This helped her understand the importance of movement and massage for a healthy body and mind. Almost 10 years ago, she discovered the benefits of Yoga and Pilates but always found a lot of excuses within the busy lifestyle not to follow it through on a regular basis.
Wanting a change of career she found her passion in positively influencing people’s quality of life through Remedial Massage and intensively reintroduced Yoga and Pilates into her daily life. Always aiming to help other people and help improving their quality of life, inevitably she did instructor classes and cannot wait to share her enthusiasm.
