as a dyspraxic 50 something who finds stillness difficult if not impossible I would recommend this class. Jane is very patient and spends time both demonstrating and explaining. so that one feels encouraged and validated. I have tried a mixture of ActiveX and found them all rewarding.
As a yoga novice I find Jane's lessons exhilarating and I look forward to them each week. Jane is both caring and patient, she explains the movements diligently and always allows you to work at your own pace .She emphasises throughout the classes to only do what your body tells you to do. I have found that most helpful.
I find Jane to be a very friendly and helpful teacher, and she makes the class feel that it has a fun and easy going atmosphere. The class is always extremely relaxing and uplifting and I always feel happier and more refreshed when I come out.
A warm, friendly, relaxed class, which always leaves your mind and body feeling better. Have been doing yoga on and off for years and this is the best!!

Jane is a lovely caring person who constantly checks that everyone is comfortable with all the postures, room temperature and hydration. This can occasionally mean that the more experienced attenders have to wait a minute or two between postures but encourages a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
Jane O Halloran's Dru Yoga and Meditation Classes are a true pleasure to be part of. I enjoy every class and get so much from each one, during and afterwards. I feel more peaceful, am more focused, can think very clearly and my body always feels less tight and more flexible. I feel that her classes benefit my mind, body and spirit, and I shall keep going for as long as Jane runs them. Amazing! Elfreda Affleck

Jane's meditation class felt like nectar for the soul. From the start she created a welcoming, relaxed and inclusive atmosphere for beginners like me. The session was well structured with a nice balance of theory, movement, deep relaxation and meditation. It was lovely to have the opportunity to just be and experience the stillness meditation brings. Thank you Jane. We are looking forward to the next one!
