I own a fully equipped Pilates studio called Harbour Pilates. I teach 1-1 and semi privates.
I also teach Dru Yoga- a Hatha based style. It's essence is the unblocking of energies by keeping the joints soft so as to retain flow. Using visualisation and positive affirmations to focus into the energy lines and chakras, for self empowerment and healing.
