I offer chair yoga each Tuesday and Thursday, 2 - 3:15 pm at Harmony Yoga Duncan, for anyone who would like to develop a gentle yoga practice. It is especially helpful for people living with chronic pain and illness ( autoimmune or inflammatory diseases, arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS) or physical injuries/limitations. My intention is to help others with chronic illness or physical limitations develop a safe and mindful practice as part of their healing toolkit.
