My yoga practice and my classes are intended to meet each moment one breath, one pose at a time. The poses flow together, cultivating presence within a moving meditation. The awareness allows practice to become dynamic, choosing yogahh, effortless, or edging in to each breath/pose/flow. I have the honor to work with hospitals, special populations, as well as their families and care givers.
