I received my Masters at Teachers College of Columbia University, in the Department of Biobehavioral Sciences, Program in Movement Science, Specialization in Applied Physiology. I've been dancing since I was 3 years old and love learning about new forms of movement! I'm a Zumba (latin dance fitness aerobics) Instructor, a PiYo (pilates-yoga fusion) Instructor, Barre (ballet, pilates & yoga) Instructor and a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine in addition to their Exercise is Medicine Credential. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Wellness Coach through Mayo Clinic.
After 14 years of yoga practice, I completed my 220 HR Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan Teacher Training at Wanderlust in Hollywood, CA in July 2018. I am an RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance.
