Yoga came into my life as a young man and I was hooked ever since mostly practising Ashtanga, Bikram and Power/Vinyasa. It brought a sense of balance and stillness into the chaos of contemporary life. Also a contemporary dancer, Yoga has complimented the demands of dance both physically and mentally and in doing so I have avoided serious injury.
I love being upside down, arm balances & inversions are my favourites. I hope to inspire extraordinary things to ordinary bodies as I facilitate the practise of my students. For me, all the beauty is found in the process and not the results. Every tear, every frustration and every accomplishment are all part of one's Yoga journey.
