I aim to provide creative classes which will facilitate your personal transformation of mind, body and soul.
Classes can vary from a physical practice, releasing and stretching or a therapeutic practice. If you want to develop strength, focus, sweat, laugh and overcome fear and blocks in life will benefit from the classes. Classes are either specific Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga of a blend of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy which uses Traditional Yoga techniques. Students always get something different to try out in each class.
I started a meditation practice in 1995 and then began learning physical and philosophical aspects of yoga in 2005 and slowly developed a personal daily practice based on Ashtanga Vinyasa. With this regular yoga practice, I found the personal therapeutic benefits help overcome personal difficulties. Since then I have been using yoga to help recovering addicts and those suffering with back pain, slipped disc, arthritis, IBS, migraine and many other ailments.
I have worked with medicinal plant doctors in Central America, and trained in Ayurveda in India. I incorporate diet and natural treatments to provide individual clients with a personal, tailor-made approach to deal with specific ailments utilizing both clinically proven yoga techniques and holistic therapy.
