I'm a mother of two. I have been a group exercise instructor for about 10 years, yoga teacher for about five years. I specialize in Vinyasa and enjoy teaching hot yoga, too.
Also, I am a physical therapist assistant and I have coached track, ran my own small fitness business, focusing on prenatal and postpartum fitness. I have also crosstrained teams of elite student athletes.
