I love yoga and fitness. I live to share a healthy lifestyle, and improve the balance of body, mind and soul.
I'm a mother of three. I have been a group exercise instructor since 2007 & yoga instructor since 2010. I specialize in Vinyasa and enjoy teaching hot yoga, too.
Also, I am a physical therapist assistant and I have coached track, and ran my own small fitness business, focusing on prenatal and postpartum fitness. I have also cross-trained teams of elite student As well as served as a certified personal trainer for youth to senior clientele.
I am focused on my family these days, so typically keep a light teaching schedule, however I am often called to cover for fellow teachers and enjoy teaching for special events. Hope to see you soon. Namaste ❤️
