Jax Allen

I have been a fitness instructor since 1983, a teacher trainer since 1987 and enjoying the benefits of Yoga since 1970. I began to teach Yoga in 2004 - after much persuasion by my clients. I really enjoy bringing a science based anatomy and physiology approach to such an ancient practice.
I teach in my own wellness studio to small groups and in local Health Clubs too.
You'll find me at Fitness First and Fitness4Less in Cheltenham. Trojan Free Fighters and University of Gloucester, Oxstalls Campus where I teach Hot Yoga.
