Jaye’s work is infused with her refined somatic sensitivity, her depth of insight from many years of study & practice, & her experience of learning to live well with chronic illness.

She is grateful to be well enough to support others in meeting the challenges of living with chronic illness & to guide them gently, patiently & persistently towards alignment with wellbeing.

"Jaye is a wonderful teacher and healer who I will be grateful for having encountered for the rest of my life. She is incredibly wise and a gentle compassionate guide to greater self-knowledge and health." - Restorative Yoga student, 2012
