I came to Kundalini Yoga in 2003, It was like coming home! Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a dynamic blend of Asana, Pranayam, Mudra, Mantra and Meditation and no class would be complete without the Gong!
I have completed Level 2 practitioner status and have been teaching for 10 years. I still love everything about what I do which incorporates Sound as a healing tool , Massage and of course helping others to find their way
