Yoga is for everyone! You don't need to be young, flexible and fit. I teach therapeutic yoga and specialise in yoga for pregnancy and comfortable birthing, and yoga for back pain. Wellbeing yoga classes have an emphasis on gently building strength and flexibility, with breathing techniques and deep relaxation. Dynamic Flow Yoga is more energetic with stronger postures developing more flexibility and deeper strength. They still include classic breathing techniques and deep relaxation. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga for three years, followed by a year training in pre- and post-natal yoga. I continue my professional development with further training and practice every year.
