Jayne Laird

I live in St. Petersburg Florida. I have been teaching at Yoga Energy Studio for about 4 years. My classes are taught in a hot studio and include mostly flow, core and yin and face yoga seminars. I am also an occupational therapist, so understanding the physical body and analyzing movement is something I have been doing for a very long time. Emphasizing safety and individuality and encouraging each person to listen to and get to know their own body without competition with the other students is important. All levels are welcome and the atmosphere noncompetitive and fun!
